Order Processing and Handling

Due to the volume of wholesale orders, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every pair of shoes is packed securely.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the total weight of the bulk shipment and the destination address. We partner with major logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier backlog, or customs clearance processes which are beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.

International Shipping and Customs Duties

Moz Kid Shoes ships wholesale orders globally. However, it is crucial for international buyers to understand that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moz Kid Shoes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the buyer/importer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping cost and any applicable fees from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your goods to prevent damage during transit. However, once the package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not liable for any errors made by the carrier, including delayed, lost, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at cottle9robertb6@hotmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
