Overview of Our Wholesale Return Policy
At Moz Kid Shoes, we are dedicated to providing premium quality footwear for your retail business. As a wholesale distributor dealing in bulk quantities, our return policy differs significantly from standard retail consumer policies. We operate with low margins to offer you the best wholesale prices; therefore, we generally do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference, marketability, or change of mind. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility and Timeframe
Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all shoe boxes, tags, and protective materials. We only authorize returns in cases where the items received are defective, damaged during manufacturing, or if there was a shipping error on our part (such as receiving the wrong size or style).
Damage and Defect Resolution
Please inspect your wholesale order immediately upon reception. If you identify any manufacturing defects or damages, you must contact us at cottle9robertb6@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and high-quality photographs showing the defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if the defect is verified, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that unauthorized returns or returns due to non-defective reasons (if approved as a special exception) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the error was ours.
